Welcome to Fatima's Digital Health Portfolio

Hi, I’m Fatima Razzaque - a Health Informatics student at George Brown College with a strong foundation in healthcare, data analysis, and patient safety. I hold a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, majoring in Health Studies and English, and bring over three years of experience in healthcare administration and quality improvement.

I’m passionate about improving clinical workflows and health outcomes through digital transformation. My recent work includes supporting quality and patient safety initiatives at Humber River Hospital, contributing to accreditation readiness, and working on clinical data reporting projects involving Epic and DCIS. I’ve also developed user interface prototypes and analyzed HL7/FHIR standards in class projects.

With a growing knowledge of EHR systems, HL7/FHIR standards, Epic, cloud APIs, and machine learning in healthcare, I’m looking forward to making a meaningful impact in digital health.
